We have previously used SmartSurvey, but there are some questions about our access to it this year.

There is potential that even if we do have access to it, that access will be limited to the user researcher role only, which could impede delivery.

• Check our access to SmartSurvey and whether we'll be able to use it again this year
• Investigate our access to Optimal Workshop
• Investigate access to other platforms if necessary
