EPIC: Screensharing app

SC/1409: In order to have collaborative coding, we need to be able to mirror one's screen in VR.

• Revive screensharing project - review what we already have
• Create a project for a Qt app
• Embed allonet and alloui in the Qt app
• 2D UI: Configure which place to connect to
• 2D UI: "Connect" checkbox
• 2D UI: Status label
• Keep the Qt app connected for as long as the "connect" checkbox is checked
• VR UI: Toggle sharing, etc
• Bind it to a specific user, so not everybody can use its VR UI
• Build, CICD, functional for Mac
• Build, CICD, functional for Windows
• Build, CICD, functional for Linux

Would prefer a standalone executable but if we want alloui as well then we could do a screencap lib and just write the app in lua.

@Voxar @failuer I've been imagining it as an app that has both 2D UI (i e a window on your desktop where you select which place it should connect to, whether it should start at boot, etc) and a 3D UI (to show the screen, set permissions, etc). Therefore, I've been imagining it as a standalone app, specifically a Qt app with an embedded lua runtime for alloui (to get cross platform 2D UI). But perhaps this would be a good time to do C#?! do a MONO app! so both 2D and 3D is in C# :)
