Description

The Apple News plugin needs to start using the latest reusable Alley GitHub Action workflows for improved testing and automation.

Use Case

By leveraging Alley's centralized workflows, we can streamline ongoing plugin maintenance and benefit from shared improvements to testing tools.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Use Alley reusable workflows for PHPCS, PHPUnit, and Node testing
