[error] Connecting to 127.0.0.1:38412 failed. SCTP could not connect: Connection timed out

Hi everyone,
in gnb configuration file for linkIp,ngapIp,gtpIp i have given ip address as 10.205.227.125 (this my wifi ip address i have attached a screenshot please check it ) . apart from that i am also getting RLS failure and GTP/UDP task error . can anyone help me on this . i have attached the configuration file of gnb .please check it and let me know if any addition data is need
