我正在基于higress构建自己的内部ai业务网关，前期已经基于higress 1.4.x上线了一个版本，但是higress社区发展的很快，目前已经2.0.3了。同时ai-proxy等我们重度依赖的插件都有较大的更新和升级。前期处于内部业务的需要，我们针对这些插件有一些自定义的修改，当我们回头想更新升级到最新版本的时候，发现比较困难。

于是我希望能通过 golang build tags的特性，维护自己的main.go文件，让其他如 日志，错误重写等常用方法可以自定义传入。

如ai-proxy插件中的 util.SendResponse方法，可以做更多的自定义。
