目前ARouter不支持App Bundle，目前国内华为市场也要求支持App Bundle，以后可能会有更多市场跟进，希望能做下兼容。

遇到同样问题。Dynamic 模块在App （base）之后编译，导致修改的jar没有应用到base dex里面，所以加载Dynamic模块的路由就失败了。可以手动通反射加载com.alibaba.android.arouter.core.LogisticsCenter的register函数来解决。但这不是最完美的方案
