I'd like to see an option kind of the opposite of -F where trash avoids interacting with the Finder, and fails rather than prompting for permissions even if the user has a connection to the window server. The point would be when connected over ssh to remove the chance of blocking on a permission alert, requiring one to access a possibly remote GUI session in order to continue.
