The file format and extension of '.csv' doesn't match #25

Hi there,

I'm getting the issues when I open the csv file, it gives me those error message:

When I try to open it, I get:

After I click 'Yes', I get:

After I click 'OK', I finally get the correct csv

how can I make them disappeard?
