Required functionality:

Case 1: Run entire chain:
Interface handles everything
Paths to data are surfaced through web interface and persisted in separate table( Requires new functionality )

Case 2: Run DER/LZap on previous BACCARAT output
Identify required production using the web interface, and use for new request ( Requires upcoming functionality )
Link between previous production and new handled by database, rather than nested directories
Paths to data are surfaced through web interface and persisted ( Requires new functionality )
