/etc/localtime volume doesn't work in Docker Desktop for Windows #8

The /run.sh line doesn't work if running using Docker desktop for Windows and Git for Windows:
"--volume /etc/localtime:/etc/localtime:ro"

C:\Program Files\Docker\Docker\resources\bin\docker.exe: Error response from daemon: mkdir C:\Program Files\Git\etc\localtime;C: Access is denied.
See 'C:\Program Files\Docker\Docker\resources\bin\docker.exe run --help'.
