Add the ability to insert images into tiles

It would be nice to be able to insert images into tiles instead of text.

Solution

The image size should fit the tile. Maybe add a fit mode: stretch, center, fill.

We can store the full path to the image file. In case the image is deleted, we can save a smaller copy in a local project file.
