Write Configure Files for all our Setups

We have the ability to easily switch between different geometries by using configure files and we will need to have a different geometry file for each set up.

So far, we have the setup with the SiR2 in the target position (issue #14) and a general setup from 17th Decemeber.

My questions:

• How many other setups were there?
  • Is it just SiR2, Al100 and Al50? Or are there other things that changed that are important to account for?
• Do we have any measurements/diagrams lying around that we can use?
  • I know there was the alignment study but did anyone write anything down?
