This is blocked by drush-ops/drush#1371 if we use sqlite. I have also tried using mysql, but I'm getting cannot connect to server at .sock, even when the server is running. I'll wait to see if drush-ops/drush#1371 can be fixed; or else I'll try to use MySQL instead of Sqlite.
