Some of the flags, like --partition have default values, but I believe that in some clusters SLURM is configured to give its own defaults for these. I think the default value of most options should be to not specify anything to sbatch, so that the cluster defaults can be used. Thoughts?

It might also be nice to leave env_setup blank by default. One possibility is alternative default values could be read from a JSON file or something in the user's home directory ~/.yaspi_config.json or similar.
