With #56 resolved, it may be a good idea to also use Postman's functionality for integration tests of the API. Unit tests can be made in the future using Go packages.

Backend
Microcks could be used for acceptance tests.

Frontend
Cypress has GitHub integration, though the free plan is limited to 500 live tests per month.
