OSPO at the Turing (discussion ticket)

Follow-on from #39.

A couple of weeks back @Arielle-Bennett and @malvikasharan gave an excellent talk on OSPOs, including discussion around whether it would be beneficial for an OSPO at the Turing.

The obvious question following this is whether any action is needed to take this forwards.

This ticket is for collecting ideas, but also as a holding ticket for the future in case we want to revisit it later.

Happy to pick this up again in the future - there's a number of resources we can look at and if I'm successful my SSI fellowship will help support this too. But definitely needs more discussion at multiple levels before we're there.
