Hi @kursatozz,

that is from the mod "Children, School & Learning" (as far as I can remember) and in fact is NOT a bug but a feature.
It simply means that this robot can't make / have kids - which is normal for robots but you still should be able to craft them just as usual at the robotics crafting table.
