We're currently migrating away from our support provider to a knowledgebase hosted on github using mkdocs. This means that our help links have to be updated.

They can be found in https://github.com/akvo/akvo-rsr/blob/master/akvo/rsr/spa/app/modules/announcements/help-links.json
