Describe the desired outcome from the user's perspective
As devops, I want to deploy Zilla Plus for Confluent Cloud using Terraform template generated via CDKTF.

Acceptance criteria

  • Baseline functionality equivalent to Zilla Plus for Confluent Cloud IoT Ingest and Control CloudFormation template
  • Dynamic support for optional CloudWatch Logs and Metrics
  • Dynamic support for optional SSH key (SSH key not required as we support AWS Systems Manager)
