Make it so mindcontrol can be auto-setup given generator.json (manually edited)

[1] forks from github
[2] uses 'custom' generator.json
[3] runs 'generate_mindcontrol.py' (populates the html)
[4] launches mindcontrol via meteor

(may be missing steps?)
