It's pretty obvious with the draconian rules that this has developed into an extension for extreme clickbait only. So it'd be great if everything to do with the extension was updated in kind to represent this. It's kind of peak irony that this "anti clickbait" extension is now clickbait. It would also be great if you could fork this off into another extension focused around general clickbait.

The rules heavily discourage rewording titles that are still clickbait but not as extreme as what LTT and other channels put out.

The example that made me post this was "Amazon Gaming PC's Are A COMPLETE SCAM" where the guy just does a borderline podcast talking about cheap gaming PC's on Amazon being a scam. Many content creators order the items in question and so I wanted to also clarify in the title that he doesn't order it (as I'm sure most clicked on it expecting he did) by adding "Talking about" but that isn't allowed. Pretty sure adding "- Doesn't order" would also not be allowed. Only just now did I settle on an okay title that probably still breaks a rule "Beware of cheap gaming PC scams on Amazon".

Maybe it's just a me issue but it really feels as if the extension is exclusively for situations of rather "extreme" clickbait with all the rules and restrictions and expectations.

I think you are misunderstanding. Titles like that definitely should be changed. The warning about "talking about" means you should just not include that part. So, instead of "Talking about cheap gaming PC scams on Amazon", you'd say "Cheap gaming PC scams on Amazon"

Most videos on YouTube are talking about something, so it is redundant
