[Feature request] page selected text as default in text box

this is a very minor thing, but it's quite often that the almost perfect title is right there in the first sentence of the description, in which case i select that, copy it over, edit, and publish. It may be a nice usability feature if whatever is selected on the page at the time of pressing shift d would already be either in place, or in addition to the one with "type your own title here".
