BUG: "remove A/B testing" option makes some videos show no thumbnail

Hey there! First of all I want to say that I love this extension so much! Thank you for providing it.

Recently I started to notice a couple of channels where showing no thumbnail, like this grey box with ellipsis in the middle:

First I thought it could be an issue with the channel, but after some tests I notice it was this extension causing the issue. After disabling it, the thumbnails started appearing as expected:

I have the option of Replace Thumbnails turned OFF so I found this very strange.

After some tests, I noticed that by turning OFF the option of Never Use A/B Tested Thumbnails, this issue goes away.

Not sure if this will help in solving the problem, or if it is something easy to replicate on your end, but if I can help with anything else please let me know!

I forgot to mention, but I looked into all open issues at the moment and besides some of them also mentioning no thumbnail or a grey box as well, mine seem a different problem overall.

Nevermind. I just noticed that this was specifically fixed in the newest release (1.6.2). Mine is still 1.6.1 for some reason.
