Hi Ajay,
I added some information about adding R to the Path in Windows, as it was something that I helped a few people with over the last couple of days. I also created a markdown version of the installation instructions (and linked in the repo Readme), as I thought that was probably more useful than a Jupyter notebook explaining how to install Jupyter.
Feel free to merge or ignore.
