<h2 class="title">Chief Justice of India:</h2>
<div class="text"><div class=" chief"><img src="images/chief.jpg" width="275px" height="190px"></div><p>The chief justice of India, officially the chief justice of the Supreme Court of India, is the chief judge of the Supreme Court of India as well as the highest-ranking officer of the Indian federal judiciary. The Constitution of India grants power to the president of India to appoint, in consultation with the outgoing chief justice, the next chief justice, who will serve until they reach the age of sixty-five or are removed by impeachmentAs head of the Supreme Court, the chief justice is responsible for the allocation of cases and appointment of constitutional benches which deal with important matters of law.[5] In accordance with Article 145 of the Constitution of India and the Supreme Court Rules of Procedure of 1966, the chief justice allocates all work to the other judges who are bound to refer the matter back to them (for re-allocation) in any case where they require it to be looked into by a larger bench of more judges.
On the administrative side, the chief justice carries out functions of maintenance of the roster, appointment of court officials and general and miscellaneous matters relating to the supervision and functioning of the Supreme Court.</p></div>
<h2 class="title">Law Secretary to the Government of India:</h2>

<div class="text"><p> Law Secretary to the Government of India, often abbreviated as Secretary, GoI, or simply as Secretary, is a post and a rank under the Central Staffing Scheme of the Government of India.[6] The authority for the creation of this post solely rests with the Union Council of Ministers.[7]
The position holder is generally a career civil servant, mostly from the Indian Administrative Service, and a government official of high seniority.
Secretary is either from All India Services (deputation; on tenure, after empanelment) or Central Civil Services (Group A; on empanelment). All promotions and appointments to this rank and post are directly made by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet.A secretary to the Government of India is the administrative head of a ministry or department and is the principal adviser to the minister-in charge on all matters of policy and administration within the ministry or department.In the Indian government, secretaries are the head of the departments or ministries of the government and hold positions such as Finance Secretary, Defence Secretary, Foreign Secretary, Home Secretary, Chairperson of the Railway Board and members of the Telecom Commission.</p></div>
<h2 class="title">Chief Justice of High Courts:</h2>
<div class="text"><p>All matters of High Courts are addressed by Chief Justice of respective High Court. This includes : High Court superintends and controls all the subordinate courts. High Court can ask for details of proceedings from subordinate courts. High Court issues rules regarding the working of the subordinate courts. High Court can transfer any case from one court to another and can also transfer the case to High Courtself and decide the same.High Court can enquire into the records or other connected documents of any subordinate court. High Court can appoint High Courts administration staff and determine their salaries and allowances, and condHigh Courtions of service.</p></div>
<h2 class="title">Registrar at Supreme Court of India:</h2>
<div class="text"><p>The registrar is a chief executive officer of a judicial forum. They are in charge of the entire registry of the department.
In common law jurisdictions, registrars are usually judicial officers with the power to hear certain civil matters such as interlocutory applications and assessment of damages. In some jurisdictions, they may also hear trials of cases if both parties consent. Registrars are assisted by deputy-registrars, who in common law jurisdictions are sometimes called masters.
The registrar is the chief administrator of the department, normally they happen to be the head of the department. The posts of the registrar are generally created in a judicial forums such as tribunals, high courts and supreme courts and in educational universities. In the judicial forum they manage both administrative and judicial sides in departments under the authority of the president/chairman of the tribunals and chief justices of the high courts and supreme courts. The government may also appoint one or more assistant/deputy registrars.</p></div>
