unified-planning 0.2.2 does not provide the extra 'tamer'

Describe the bug
Unable to install tamer extra

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open your terminal and try installing unified planner with the tamer extra

pip install 'unified-planning[pyperplan,tamer]'

Expected behavior
You will receive the following error

WARNING: unified-planning 0.2.2 does not provide the extra 'pyperplan'
WARNING: unified-planning 0.2.2 does not provide the extra 'tamer'

• OS: OSX
• Python Version: 3.9, 3.10 and 3.11 all (tried all)
• Architecture: Apple Silicone (ARM)

Hi @APhanSpAARC, sorry for the late reply. The problem is that up-tamer does not have wheels compatible with MAC Apple Silicon.

Have a look at the issue: aiplan4eu/up-tamer#56
