Unstable swift-sodium #22

Can't build because the project is using a fork of swift-sodium from a branch, so I'm getting:

package 'swift-paseto' is required using a stable-version but 'swift-paseto' depends on an unstable-version package 'swift-sodium'

Is this still maintained?
