Azimuth Runner (Øresund)

Android app for navigating you to the location defined by coordinates or by bearing and distance.

Available on Google Play at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=name.agapoff.oresund

Build the project in Android Studio

  1. Install the latest version of Android Studio.
  2. In Android Studio, choose "Import Project" at the welcome screen.
  3. Double-click on the project directory.
  4. If prompted with options, check "Use auto-import", and select "Use default gradle wrapper (recommended)". Click "Ok".
  5. Click the green play button (or 'Shift->F10') to run the project!

Features

  1. Makes use of geomagnetic sensors and location service to show you the direction to your target and the distance left to go.
  2. Lets you to define the target by various ways: coordinates, bearing + distance or just keeps your starting position.
  3. Allows you to save any amount of locations to restore them later.
