Multi-word JDK_VENDOR values need quotations

As described in Slack discussion, when TKG does not know about a vendor, it grabs the vendor string and uses it instead, however, there seems to be a problem with multi-word vendor strings (only the last word is captured and used).

-DJDK_VENDOR=Fujitsu Limited where the value of JDK_VENDOR should likely be encapsulated in quotes

Not a priority, can be addressed by adding vendors explicitly. Close as won't fix.
