Improve UI of Scholarship Section #1177

Description

The UI of the Scholarship Section on the website is currently not optimized, which negatively impacts user experience. The layout is inconsistent, and certain elements lack clarity or visual appeal.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to the website.
  2. Navigate to the Scholarship Section from the main menu or relevant link.
  3. Observe the layout and visual elements, including headings, fonts, buttons, and spacing.

Expected Behavior

Adequate padding and spacing between elements for readability.
A clean and organized layout to make information easy to scan.

Actual Behavior

Buttons lack a uniform style, reducing the clarity of action items.
Poor spacing between sections, which hampers readability.
