Colab notes

Writing this down somewhere, so it isn't lost. I was troubleshooting a Colab install and trying to figure out how to install locally. The following worked in a cell:

!rm -rf pyQuirk
!git clone --branch colab https://github.com/adgt/pyQuirk.git
%cd pyQuirk
!pip install jupyter_packaging==0.7.9
!npm install --global yarn
!pip install -e .

But for some reason the following two commands didn't work:

!jupyter nbextension enable pyQuirk --py --sys-prefix
jupyter nbextension enable --py --sys-prefix pyQuirk
