Often one wants to know if something is being fetched (e.g. isFetching: boolean).

Now what we could do instead of using another state value is popping the token values into the state making the following possible:

const [[data, isFetching]] = useStore((state) => [state.data, state.TOKENS.FETCH_DATA]);
