When manually adding checkins for members to an event, their member ID needs to be perfect, otherwise the action fails. If I recall, the error is pretty gross and is not well optimized. There should be a way to ignore the error, prune the input for the officer, or offer options.
Would it be possible for a member ID to be checked in, even if the account isn't registered?

My hesitancy is more that we have a ton of collab events where a lot of those attendees arent members. So itd be nice if when doing a mass check-in if an abc123 doesn't match the system just skip them instead of failing all checkins.
