[Feature] Add a Feedback Survey

Describe new addition
Let users be able to see a generic event feedback typeform every time after they check in. Ideally it could be anonymous so they can be as truthful as possible. Thus, we shouldn't add it to the user's typeform log. Perhaps link it somewhere else on the website too.

• Create a super generic typeform asking for event feedback
• Add a button on the page after you successfully checked in that says "Give Feedback" or something like that
