Proposal on task Scheduler #3

The Task Scheduler only exists when a task is already created and you have to click the "edit" to be able to add a schedule to the task.

I propose instead to add a new tab named Scheduler where you should be able to:

Pick any existent Task
- Add a schedule
- Modify Args
Create a new Task to schedule (I would say a very simple one to start)
Show the last X runs on a Task
How much time left for next run on a Task
