Brief Description of Changes

  • Fix the incorrect answer to the example Q2 in Fig. 1.
  • Removed redundant lines in Section 2.2 and fixed an example's explanation.
  • Fix an incorrect value and a missing value in Table 3.
  • Fix some numbers mentioned in Section 6 in accordance with the values in Table 3.
  • Clarify examples corresponding to error types in Appendix F.
  • Fix some formatting issues.
