Three institutions without city assigned

It seems that there are 3 institutions with no city assigned. Would it be possible to determine the city, create one if necessary and update the institution data?
Maybe consult with the mod? All three are in Russia.

This issue is about the live data in production.

I've checked and amended the first two institutions/cities, that is done;
the third entry https://dhcr.clarin-dariah.eu//institutions/edit/1670 is confusing, there is a different university indicated on the map than in the description -- I will check with the respective mod
