Wrong config file path in the Documentation for Docker compose?

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to point out, the path mentioned did not work as intent for me. I don't know if this general issue, or if I made a mistake.

onedrive:
image: driveone/onedrive:edge
restart: unless-stopped

- ONEDRIVE_UID=${PUID}
- ONEDRIVE_GID=${PGID}
volumes:
- onedrive_conf:/onedrive/conf
- ${ONEDRIVE_DATA_DIR}:/onedrive/data

This is how it is in the documentation. And after a few hours of debugging with a colleague from work, I got a version working.
The problem was that the docker container did not load the config file I gave him. Only if I specified it with --confdir. So in the end I got a working version, but it was hard.

- my_onedrive_data_path:/onedrive/data
- my_onedrive_data_path:/home/onedrive/OneDrive
- ma_onedrive_conf_path:/home/onedrive/.config/onedrive
environment:
- PUID=1000
- PGID=1000

This is my working version. I don't know why the config does not take input from /onedrive/conf and only from /home/onedrive/.config/onedrive. I just used Portainer and the image, nothing special. Maybe someone of you can tell me more.
The only other discussion I found with some similar topic ##2485, but it did not mention my problem directly.
