Add back research page

While we removed the research page in the redesign, there was some talk about adding it back in in a different form than before. I believe we were thinking that it would look and feel more like the news page, and the timeline would list publications and other research-y things that we've published.

We've been talking about posting my NengoFPGA paper and presentation somewhere... maybe this is the place if/when it gets added back.

Unless it makes more sense to put this in the nengo.ai publications section? or both?

I also just noticed the footer of nengo.ai has a link to ABR research (https://appliedbrainresearch.com/research/) which currently doesn't exist.

So it may be worth updating the nengo.ai footer if we aren't planning to add this page back any time soon.
