initial larger path transfer test on v2 with v1 data

• polish the v1 data set to be usable in test setting and on v2 contracts
• use v1 data to generate a(n extended) unit test by creating these accounts and balances (consider modifications needed)
• use calculated max flow path to test in virtual chain to test and examine performance of the v2 contracts (again possible modifications needed)
• try to setup a basis for further building out this new category of tests with this starting "natural" data set in a test environment; future considerations: groups and policies
