Unhappy path testing and examples

Our example app currently only covers the most basic happy path possible, but we need to provide solid examples of what to do when things might not go as well e.g. if the room attach fails and throws an error, how should our users retry? are there any terminal states they need to concern themselves with? what self-resolving issues can they ignore? etc. etc..
