[FEATURE] Update the design of the shortener page to look more lively and modern.

Description

We can update the entire frontend to look more modern and user-friendly. the current implementation is very dull and depressing.

Changes

I have created a design to make the page look more engaging, this also links to another issue that I have posted, #106. We can talk about this and make any other design changes if you need to. Fundamentally we should make our website more engaging with an improved UI before implementing more complex features.
