Bug fixes and minor changes

-Changed the way the code for timer-based things works
-Added 1.5 seconds of invincibility after a player respawns
-Pressing the talk button on the gun will now allow you to scan NFC tags in-game
-Phone now connects to the closest gun based on RSSI values

Added support for a new gamemode called oddball, inspired by halo

UI Changes and Minor Feature Add

I changed the home screen a bit to hopefully make it more intuitive, and added a feature where the in game timer will sync to the admin across all players
