Add perry() methods for objects of class "optSparseLTSGrid" and "optSeqModel". In case of cross-validation, make sure that the object for the inner folds works if the outer folds have unequal number of observations (for instance, only allow a control object for the inner folds in that case).

Classes "optSparseLTSGrid" and "optSparseLTSGrid" no longer exist, they are objects inheriting from "perryTuning".
