I would very much like to use you script but have no experience of Python. I have a Pi4 with a USB sound card. These cards seam to only do 44.1 or 48K. Can the script be tweaked to read a card at 44.1 or 48K and then down sample to 16K to send to Zello?
Thanks
Matthew

To use on a Pi, set the audio input device to "pulse". Pulse audio will do the sample rate conversion. If you're using more than one USB sound card you may need to use pavucontrol or another method to specify which pulse audio source to use with voxcall, but if only using one USB sound card, simply setting "pulse" as the audio input device should do the trick.
