A talk can be made up of several sections. However, it has a single embedded video. It would be useful for sections to be able to have a link that would jump the embedded video to their starting point.

The assertion that there can only be one embedded video is false. We may need to add identifiers to the embedded videos so we can specify which embedded video needs jumping.
