Default DE, ES, EN

browser: list as links on the left + hover
mobile: put language links in the menu on the top

I had earlier language options in the navbar, but recognized, that people normally just choose one in the beginning, and not jumping between languages while browsing... so maybe we can add one in the footer. But I don't feel it so important.
