In my custom videos, I am seeing blurry teeth in the output

Are there known reasons why this happens?

Any suggested solutions to making the teeth more clear - like loss parameters to change?

这个问题可以使用语义分割出牙齿的区域，再使用掩码关注牙齿的区域来设计一个损失，将相关损失设计1e-4或1e-3,从而提升一点点效果，经过测试虽然效果不是很明显，但比原先相比，至少有一点点用处。
