Goals of this Issue:

Use a single docker-compose file to start all involved Cenzontle and Database servers
Have two files to choose from: One with SPA(s) and another without
The README should be adjusted to the latest version
Add TWO main usage principles at the beginning of the README:

Always make sure the Readme explains how to use and start a given Sandbox branch
Always use a single docker-compose file to control the whole environment of servers, except this is not possible.
