media linky (napr. https://test.strom.sk/media/publications/2024/2024_matboj_poradie.pdf) mame stale pod /api. ked zmazeme z linkov /api, zacne to fungovat na test.strom.sk, ale prestane lokalne.

background:

na test.strom.sk je nginx, ktory smeruje /api na BE a /media na disk
lokalne nginx nemame, takze next.js suppluje tuto pracu. aktualne (po rework API access to support local and deployed BE #550) middleware smeruje /api na BE, ale /media zatial nehandli. treba to tiez smerovat na BE, ten si s tym vie poradit a nacitat to z disku
